An employment consultation is designed to give you immediate legal advice. Areas on which we counsel include, but are not limited to, severance agreements, employment agreements, executive agreements, non-competes, non-solicits, termination, making a report of discrimination, communicating with human resources, relocation packages, making an accommodation request, communicating when an accommodation request is denied, advising on disciplinary action, and preventing retaliation. During our consultations, our attorneys provide immediate solutions to your issues. Our employment consultations are unlimited in scope and duration, so we will discuss all aspects of your employment that are of concern for you. For scheduling purposes, consultations typically take an hour to an hour and half.

A case evaluation is designed to determine whether you have an employment-related lawsuit that our office can assist you with. During this free, thirty-minute evaluation, you will have the opportunity to share with an attorney what has occurred during your employment. Our attorneys will evaluate whether you have a legal case against your former employer and whether our office can represent you in that matter. This is best suited for determining if you have a wrongful termination, wrongful discrimination, unpaid wages, or unpaid overtime claim to be pursued through an administrative agency or in court.
