Employment Case Evaluation

A case evaluation is designed to determine whether you have an employment-related lawsuit that our office can assist you with. During this free, thirty-minute evaluation, you will have the opportunity to share with an attorney what has occurred during your employment. Our attorneys will evaluate whether you have a legal case against your former employer and whether our office can represent you in that matter. This is best suited for determining if you have a wrongful termination, wrongful discrimination, unpaid wages, or unpaid overtime claim to be pursued through an administrative agency or in court.
